Michael Stolzman

Michael Stolzman is a retired Police Officer from the Oakland Police Department (CA) and surviving co-worker of Oakland Police Department (CA), Officer John Hege killed on March 21, 2009, during which time Sergeants Mark Dunakin, Daniel Sakai and Ervin Romans were also shot and killed.
Prior to Michael’s move to Florida, he began serving with Northern California C.O.P.S. in 2013. During which time he served as a Law Enforcement Liaison, Secretary and President.
Michael continues to attend the C.O.P.S. co-workers retreat and has mentored for many years at C.O.P.S. Kids Camp, C.O.P.S. Young Adults Camp and the Kids and Teens Program at National Police Week.
